Money is also a big thing in gyaru, alot of the clothes aren't cheap, best way is to thrift. Keep in mind that 2nd hand stuff should NOT be over $150, or even $100 if its a simple blouse with a bow on it. All my clothes are $50 and under. It's expensive so I buy some when i have the money and get creative with what I already have. Layering is a big thing, tights and big coats in the winter, skirts and accessories in the summer.
